Frequently Asked Questions:
Q. When do you hold weddings/events at your venue?
A. We allow weddings and other events onsite mid-May, June and September.
Q. Do you offer group discounts?
A. We do not have “group” pricing, nor do we hold/block group lodging. Our contract is with the guest staying in the cabin who will be responsible for paying the bill in full upon arrival. The guest MUST be the one to call with their information and deposit.
Q. We are having our wedding locally; do you allow any gatherings on your property?
A. No events/gatherings are allowed such as dinners, cocktail hours, breakfasts, etc. in July and August. If you would like to hold an event (dinner, cocktail hour, breakfast, etc.) outside of July and August, prior approval needs to be obtained. If it is over 25 people a contract must be signed along with an event fee paid. The Pond House or Mansfield House are the only 2 larger units that can be used for such an event.
